This document describes how the "job-search-automation" application handles data. The application is a private tool operated by and for a single individual.

Google user data the application accesses

How the data is used

Solely to populate the operator's private job-search tracker and to generate the operator's own job-application drafts. Nothing else.

Data sharing

None. Data is not sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to any third party. Queries the application makes to public job boards are read-only public web requests and contain no personal data.

Storage and retention

All data remains within the operator's own Google account (the tracker spreadsheet and the generated documents). The application maintains no external database and no separate copy of the data. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Use for advertising or model training

Google user data obtained through this application is not used for advertising and is not used to develop, improve, or train any generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
